problème avec la license ilok

J'ai un problème avec ilok license manager, il n'arrête pas de me dire "the serveur is unavailable"
que dois-je faire?

Le message exact est: "Server Unavailable
The server is currently unavailable. This may be due to a scheduled maintenance or a service outage of some kind.
There is no estimate for when the server will be available."

J'espère que quelqu'un aura une réponse!
