Default Shortcut for activating members of a group

Is there a shortcut for selecting the members of a group instead of clicking in the left of the group box?

I'm always just about to do something else with the mouse when I need to do the selection so it would be handy to do it on the keyboard...

You can click on the a-z button next to the Groups then select the corresponding letter on the keyboard. This takes you out of Commands Focus Mode. But you can use Control+Keystroke to perform tasks and Command+Option+1 puts you back to Commands Focus Mode. You can also use SHIFT+Command+G to suspend all groups and toggle back.

I mean actually selecting the tracks in the edit window. If you click TO THE LEFT of the respective group in the groups box it selects the actual tracks so you can route them all etc. I can't find a key command that does the same thing.

Btw, the shortcut is almost always listed in the menu, usually to the right of where the mouse click is.

This one hasn't actually got a menu command AFAIK. You only can do it by clicking at that spot. Doesn't look like there is a shortcut for this one then...
