Default nOOb HD1 & PT7 questions, please help

Hi, this is my first post, and I have a couple very nOObish questions. I tried to search, but the search terms I thought to use brought up tons of irrelevant returns.

Can small files saved on an HD1 system running PT7.2 for mac be opened on an HD1 system running PT7.2 for Win and vice-verse?
Is there any compatibility issue between Mac/Win if everything else is the same between the two?
What exactly is "TDM" an acronym for?

Thanks for any help.

Yes you can inter change sessions between the two platforms. us .wav as your file format. TDM stands for Time Division Multiplexing
