Default command 8 power issue?

I'm not sure if anybody had this problem before.
ok so the deal is:

C8 is working, turning on properly, but.... It seems faders take too much power.

a) when I use burn in option, faders go up but then don't fully go down and it switches off and after a second it goes on again (screen turns off)

b) in pro tools everything works, i can move faders etc but when I use flip option, same thing happens, or some faders just dont go down.

for me it looks like faders take too much power, I'm not sure if anybody had same issue before but if there's any solution to this I'd be grateful.

Thanks
