Milco,
There are alot of things that can be done here. First thing is to put Digi in slot 4 of that motherboard. Next disable your USB in Bios unless you absolutely need it. You can always enable it later if you do. Disable onboard sound in bios and use your reference monitors for everything with your Digi001 sound card. See your motherboard owner's manual for this. Keep PC slot 1 open (Next to AGP Video Card slot)
It appears that you don't have the onboard Promise controllers. In the future for best hard drive performance, I'd recommend that you buy a Promise ATA100 or ATA133 TX2 Controller card. Do the things above first and then repost your IRQ settings here. We are trying to get Digi on IRQ 9 or 10 by itself and PC slot 4 usually defaults to IRQ 9 on this motherboard. That may be different for the boards without Promise controllers though. In that case it may be PC slot 3. Either way we should be able to hard force the IRQ for either slot in bios. That is where you assign which IRQ that particular slot is using. It is in Bios/Advanced/ PCI Configuration or PC/PnP settings. Easy to figure out on this motherboard.
Good luck.
