Default Bug: Import Session Data Clips Move when Tempo Changes

I have seen this type of bug floating around for many years in Pro Tools. But basically, when importing session data from a Pro Tools 10 session into a Pro Tools 12.4 session that has tempo changes, the clips and regions are 100's if not 1,000's of measures later. In some cases, they are even beyond the session boundaries which means you can't even see them. You just know they are there because if you press select all (Command-A) on a mac, and then zoom in, it zooms you to the session boundary at the very end of the session.
