Default Amplitube 1.x LE

Unless I'm mistaken, I know I had the older version of Amplitube 1.0 (that came with my ignition pack) running on my intel MacBook, I've got mixes to prove it. All of a sudden it stopped working. I've tried reinstalling over and over, no luck... So, I purchase the upgrade for UB of Amplitube 1.0 Live (the previous Live had LE with it). Still, the plug-in is not showing in my RTAS plugs. Did I just waste $49 on the upgrade? Is the only way now to run Amplitube as an RTAS plug on my MacBook by buying Amplitube 2 for $249? Am I dreaming that I had it working before on my MacBook? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

AFAIK, Amplitube 1.x [full version] doesn't work on Intel Macs, nor will it, you'll have to go to Amplitube 2 to get UB compatibility. Amplitube LE, on the other hand, I'm pretty sure that is available as a UB, which can be downloaded from IK's website.

LE is the one that comes with the PT "ignition pack" whereas v1 was the old 'full version' before 2 was released.
