Default Waves TDM prices go up from April

All TDM will go up to full MSRP from April 1st. Sounds absurd, but that's how it is said to be. So last few days to grab some cheapo TDM

Waves doesn't produce HDX. They also don't produce AAX DSP plug ins, or even AAX native yet. But they still sell TDM plugins.

This was to be expected I think, they were on sale for a long while, and now that the new format is out, they are going to run the well dry and try to drain any profit they can out of this dying format, until they move to aax dsp, which they know they will have to do if they want to keep on top of the high end market.

Yep. They better get the price back up well before AAX-DSP is even announced...

You know, in the movies when someone says "trust me" that means the other guy will get killed real soon

But fortunately in real life, when I say "trust me" then that's the way it's going to be with the TDM. There will be some monthly special never-to-be-seen low prices for some Native stuff, but TDM will go up to full MSRP.

according to a few salesman i've talked to, no. supposedly tdm will be full markup from now on.

thanking God I got Merc last year for an amazing deal. but i hope the price increase does not mean an increase in WUP or some other hidden cost they will get me with.
