Default feature request on strip silence

for me it would be a little time-saver when strip-silence would support shuffle-mode when extracting i.e. low-level parts for creating room tone. perhaps digi could integrate some more options into it. something like "shuffle regions when extract" or so...
makes that sense to you too?

thnx

I wouldn't need that, but I can see it being a nice option for some.

I would just love to be able to store some presets, or at least change the default setting to my personal setting.

Here's how you can do what you want

Setup:
- set Timeline Drop Order to Left-to-Right
- make sure "Region List Selection follows Edit Selection" is on in prefs
- make sure you're viewing all in the Region bin (Shift-Cmd-D)

Operation:
- do your Strip or Extract with strip silence
- The resulting regions become selected in the Region Bin. Drag them onto a track.
- Voila!
