I received this same email, tried safari and firefox on a machine with NO antivirus and "all" cookies enabled. Same result, no download.

Nice of them to shift the responsibility of the issue onto the customer.

I think every one of us should immediately start canceling this transaction with our credit card companies. If I don't hear back from them today I'm doing so. This is ridiculous.

We paid for software that even now after a WEEK is still not available for download.

Unreal.

Judging by the correspondence I've received to date, they seem to still be in denial that there is actually a serious problem AT THEIR END!

I too received the email giving instructions on things to try. Of course having had a week to do so, I'd already tried all of them to no avail so one week later and still no resolution.

This is definitely on a par with the iLok debacle, the only difference being Avid and iLok at least acknowledged it was their problem by openly communicating with everyone.

I will most definitely NOT be buying any Air products in the future, they are too amateurish to be in business as far as I'm concerned.

I already started the refund process for my order. And after doing that I get an email explaining the refund process and if I have any questions to reply. It almost implied I needed to do something else. So I responding asking if I needed to do anything else. I haven't heard back yet. If I don't soon my credit card company will be called. Words can't explain how disappointed I am.

And I'm not even in the boat you guys are in. I bought the IEP and only got access to hybrid. I'm not having trouble with the servers. I can't even try to download anything. And I've gotten the other generic emails that don't help me with my issue at all. Just more proof that someone isn't really listening to what is going on.

I ordered the PTIEP through Sweetwater yesterday, but after thinking about it over night, I decided to cancel it today and wait out this firestorm of problems. Once everyone at InMusic and DR has this sorted with AIR, then I'll order it. Just can't face going through all the hair pulling and hassle. Just rather wait.

DonaldM the only thing that wont work is Structure and you have Structure Free to use until they fix Structure. I have everything but Structure working and I love LOOM and vacuum Pro and IM not sure how I went without Velvet so long. I wouldn't bail just because of one thing that doesn't work that really you have... Must my two cents.

After receiving Air Music Technology's letter blaming high traffic on the problem we are facing with corrupt files I replied asking how they could not address the corrupt files, as if they did not know this to be the problem. Today they responded saying they are terribly sorry for any inconvenience I have experienced and to feel free to reply with the exact error, OS, internet browser, and type of internet connection.

I can't explain how angry this makes me. They simply refuse, at all cost, to acknowledge the problem. So...how can we expect it to be fixed? Maybe this is why it is not fixed!
