ILIO Vienna Instruments, work OK w/EXpansion?

Is anyone using the 'ILIO' Vienna instruments on PT?? They are AMAZING, and although Ivory (their piano VI) is RTAS and VST, the orchestral side is VST only for PC!! I have EXpansion to use and feel it should work fine, but do to the expense on these, I was hoping that someone might be using them?????

Hey Mike, I use Vienna all the time without a problem... I mainly use the Vienna Ensemble plug in PT which is the Vienna user interface... But yeah no probs here...

Mike, keep in mind that ILIO is just a distributor of products (kind of like Musician's Friend).

Ivory is a product from a company called Synthogy.

The Vienna stuff are products from a company called Vienna Symphonic Library.

While they both sound fantastic, they are not related.

ILIO.com is just the place where you can get them (and other plugins/samples).


Just trying to clear up any confusion.

Yeah it did confuse me as I 1st read it but I knew what he meant though I guess... But good u cleared that up just in case a newbie or som1 who may not be famaliar with them thinks otherwise...
