Authorization code will not work

I just purchased the Pro Tools LE 6.9/6.9.2 upgrade for my system and my authorization code will not work. I installed version 6.9.2 on Mac OS Tiger and everything works fine, the app launches. It still asks me for a code, but if I click cancel it will still run. The only thing that does not work without the code are the plug-ins. I used the authorization code inside the 6.9 booklet (starts with DIGI) and it says it is incorrect. I'm thinking that it's recognizing the code from 6.9 and NOT from 6.9.2. Can anyone help?

The code is for the Pro Tools application -not for the plug ins. You need to read the literature that cam with the plug ins, which will explain the authorisation process, which will be via ilok, or challenge/response.
