Fail again with the Transfer of Ownership procedure.
Waaaaaaaay too many things to go through just to scan and send the 1 page document we used to just fax.
It all starts here:

Questions, more questions, choose level of customer service,
choose "Transfer of Ownership" and then write a description? comments, etc etc etc etc.



When it was all said and done it says:

Click here if you dont need this case any more

I don't want to become another grammar bitc*, but really?
Here we are ripping at each other all the time about grammar, etc., and this is what AVID is putting out there????
Come on!!!!!!
