Account download links timing out

Hi - I've had this problem in the past when downloading software updates or new software altogether. I'm currently trying to download EuControl 3.5 from my account so I can use all of the Avid gear I just spent a ton of money on and have been patiently awaiting, but the download link in my account doesn't work. The page looks like it's loading, then a few minutes later it just times out on me.

This happened to me when PT12 dropped too. I've tried on different computers and with different connections to no avail. Is there another way to download this?
