Avid - still waiting on PT10 license!
We went with the service plan upgrade from PT9 to PT10 about two weeks before the end of the year. We then had to wait about a month to get a temporary license of PT10 while they were "processing our order". Now that temp license has expired... and our order is still processing?
I have the software. All I need is a permanent iLok license. What is the holdup, Avid? dopplah |

Check with your dealer, they should be the ones handling this for you.
Mine took about 2 days after getting the Service plan upgrade, someone's yanking your chain if your has taken over a month. |

My dealer claims to be handling it-- after raising more hell just got another TEMP license. I truly don't understand what the holdup could be on the full license.

Haven't found an order based on your DUC email (there's product registered to another person at your domain, but nothing for that name/email either).
