Default Can't disable encryption to make Pro Tools First upload

A search of the knowledge base to get Pro Tools First to upload to the cloud when I exit the software led me to this solution, but I can't do it:

It said that if I was getting error PT-204847 ("There was a problem uploading the project,") then I should right-click the Pro Tools folder and disable encryption. I found my Pro Tools First folder, right-clicked it, and hunted for any option to disable encryption. What I found was a check box called Encrypt Contents to Secure Data. It was in the Properties folder under the General tab. But the check box was already unchecked!

So I still cannot upload when I exit out of my Pro Tools First, sadly. I did check the activation and it has gone through. Not sure what to do next, other than export each track to some location on the computer every time I want to exit out of Pro Tools First. Is there another way of saving my work? Is there something I haven't done to get a project to upload? Here is my computer system info:

I have an ASUS notebook with a Windows 10 Home system, the operating system is 64-bit with 16 GB of RAM and an Intel Core i7 processor at 2.70 and 2.90 GHz. It is supposed to be compatible according to the Avid website.

Befuddled,

Try running Pro Tools as Administrator(see http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=300050 for instructions)and turn of Virus protection and firewalls ,PT doesn't like these.
