I'm curious about the fast bouncing and HDX. Can anyone explain if that will happen with DSP plugs enabled on HDX cards? Or is this strictly for native operations?

DSP plugs are temporarily converted by the app to Native for the bounce.

Seems Going from 8.1.1HD to HD11 will cost aa small fortune now. :)

So I need to buy HD10, go to 10.3.x or whatever is the latest version and buy/install HD11?

Does PT HD11 come bundled with the purchase of any HDX intarface ?
Or only when buying HDX cards?

It's rumored that the blue 192's will still work on PT HD11, but does anyone know if they plan/intend/would? make the old HD (TDM) cards work only as a throughput connection to the interfaces?

Basically Protools would run in Native mode and just use the TDM card/s for connection to the I/O. (or just as any other interface on the market bypassing all the TDM chips)

Cheers!
