Midi not saved

Hi

I am having a intermittent issue with midi not being saved. After saving and closing a session I find somtimes a midi track did not save, the regions are there, but no notes? This may only happen to one or two midi tracks in a session. I am using digidesign plug-ins, Velvet, Mini Grand, Xpand etc...
I am exporting midi to a folder for a work-around, I do not want to upgrade to the latest version, because all the problems I am seeing on the DUC.
Everthing is very stable on my present set-up except for the midi issues.
Anyone having this problem?

I know this may be known, But just to make sure, you sure you are looking at the note window and not the region or block window in the track pain?

Yes I am sure , Note/region veiw both it's gone!

setup - disc alocation, Is this midi track part of that list?

I will check tonight, It's funny because this same computer I had PTLE 8.0installed, and I had the same problem until I upgraded to 8.01 then it went away. When I upgraded to PTHD 8.0 I installed a new system drive, and installed PTHD 8.0, everything went well except for the midi issue returning.
I am reluctant to upgrade to 8.01 after reading all the problems people are having with PTHD 8.01, and 8.03.

No- Disk alocation just shows audio, I never seen midi files in Disk alocation?
