When about to punch in, playback is out of sync
When I'm punching in someone, I press command+space bar to record, I usually hear a pre roll of what has been recorded and then the track goes into record. That's how we all do it. Right ?
So when I press Command+Space, I hear my pre roll but it's out of sync with the rest of the song. If I just press play and listen, the track is in sync with the rest of the song. If I enable QuickPunch, I don't have that problem anymore. Thing is, I hate having Quick Punch enabled (saying this for all the well leave it on answers). So what goes ? This does it with or without the RAM Cache thing ON. It does it on any input or output. (2 different 192's HD) |
