Spirit M Series vs Spirit Folio SX

Hello everybody!

Anybody with any experience comparing these two boards?

For some reason I have the feeling that the SX is more targeted for live applications than recording, but the specs seem to be very similar.

Which one would give better audio quality for submixing keyboards and eventually using the mic pres?

Since I have plans of getting an external AD converter, the S/PDIF out would not be a major feature for making a decision, but kind of confirms that the M Series might be more suitable for recording applications.

Any commets or thoughts will be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm not sure, but I think the M Series have better preamps. I was hoping they'd produce a 16 mic pre channel version. The S/PDIF is also an intriguing option that showing up on more and more products. I expect to see S/PDIF on my next espresso machine.
