Default Forgive Me! I'm new to this MIDI stuff....

I'm and old 70's rocker but I still play alot. I just did an enema on a lot of my equipment and now have a Hughes & Kettner Tubemeister 36. I just ordered the FSM midi matching footswitch for this amp because you can set alot of it's presets via midi. I don't know a great deal about midi but my question is this: When I program my amp using the 'learn' button, to store up to 128 presets, can I also route this to select certain effects out of the 11R that will be learned and saved when I program this stuff? And, this footswitch also has 'tap' for setting delay tempo's. Will Eleven Rack sense this? By the way, this footswitch is powered through the amp connection via 1 and 7 pins.I want to buy an 11R but am holding off until I know it will work with my stuff...Thanks for any info for an old Uriah Heep fan like myself!!!

Eleven Rack will respond to Program change midi messages as well as CC. Program change will allow you to change patches and the cc have to do with effects. If you can connect the 5 pins midi out of the FSM to the MIDI in of the ELEVEN Rack, there's a good chance of a work around as long as the FSM can send midi program changes and CC messgaes.

Easy Livin' is cool, but on a July Morning, Stealing might be more profitable...

Ever dropped acid and stared at the Abominog cover?

I haven't, but the thought of it scares the daylights out of me.
