Help with Upgrade Plan renewal
Hey guys, I need some help..
As english is not my mother languange I'm worry if I did a wrong purchase on Avid shop. Before some hours I received an email from Avid warning me that my Pro Tools Native plan is going to be expired in 48 hours. So I decided to go to Avid shop to upgrade for one year. I'm a little bit confused if I did the right choice on shop as after purchasing, I still see in my account that my plan expires in 2 days instead of one year more. Any help would be much appreciated. |
