yeah. don´t use a dual-mono signal generator on a stereo track the higher the frequency you set the more it´s out of phase.

use a mono-plug and send that to your stereo-track.

Yeah when its lower than 1k it goes back in phase and higher than 1k it goes back in phase but 1k is what i need!. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't something wrong with my system. Cheers

Why not instanciate a single sig gen, then bus it? If you were working on an analog console, would you plug in a new sig gen per track? Of course not. In fact, I don't know too many studios who own more than one quality generator per room.
I didn't do it for any particular reason other than to test the relative phase between them.

I have had reasons to use more than one signal generator at a time though -- not for calibration purposes, but for certain applications in mixing.
