pony up for source talkback and move on. Its not expensive - time is!

I run source talkback with the 2Q wireless remote - producers love it

Hi Mike, thanks for stopping by. Your RX videos are great, I'm a big fan.

/starstruck

Is Source Talkback now available in 64-bit AAX for Windows? Their site says "For Pro Tools 10 and 11 only, Lion and up (OSX 10.7)," and the manual doesn't say either way.

I think you are confusing me with Mike Thornton (our PTE editor). I don't think Source Talkback is available for windows, but I will check with the team.
It is 64bit AAX on mac (which I use on my Neil Hester designed Pro-Tools-PC running OSX)

Source Elements claim it is "too difficult" to implement all their plugins for Windows, and that there "isn't demand". Personally I don't think that's good enough. I had an hour long meeting with them last year about it, where they promised to continue our discussion and see what was possible. I haven't heard from them since.

I have just corresponded with Source Elements, and politics aside, there is currently no windows version.
Sorry
