So just to be clear, and before I pee in my pants.

I will be able to use Cubase SX and communicate with my Trak2 via the lightpipe I/O's on the Digi 001??!!

However, If you mean to ask if you could use an ASIO app. simultaneously with PT LE, then it is not possible. ASIO drivers are not multiclient like RME Cards.
