Default Waveforms Bug in Pro Tools 11
Hey Folks,

When importing Audio into Pro Tools Audio Tracks, the waveform of the track in question is either condensed to the max as if the screen was zoomed out to the max or either very low as if there was no sound at all in the track but the loudness of the track is completely normal when hearing it ....

I remember there was a key to reset something and it worked before until Avid sorts out the bug ...

Anyone ?

Option A zooms you all the way out both vertically (waveform height) and horizontally (timeline)

works too, without zooming horizontally out.

How did you confirm this? The only waveform draw bug I know has to do with changing elastic audio algorithms after stretching.

You're just have waveform zoom set high.

Double click the magnifying glass. Or use joachim's shortcut. Or hold shift+alt and scroll with your mouse. Or click the down arrow on the waveform zoom icon (attached image)

No this is not it mesaone ... pressing this button will only magnify the waveform more which at first wasn't visible
