LOUD white noise BURST after bouncing. 10.2

So against my better judgement, being completely stable and error free on 10.1.2, I just updated to 10.2 this morning due to most of the reviews being positive, and started working on a song. Pro Tools ran great, no errors or anything weird while mixing. Finished the mix and bounced it and right as the bounce finishes I get the startling white noise on FULL BLAST! W...T...F????!!!!

Before I jump the gun and downgrade, I'm gonna run it through it's paces. But damn, this is the FIRST song I've worked on with it!

Had to role back to 10.1.2! White noise keeps coming back on certain tracks in sessions, even during mixing!

This is on my W7 machine BTW.

I started a thread on protools 10.2 on mac. Mine is happening when your recording a track then press stop. Then a white noise burst shows up at the very end of the wave. A really loud wave! I was running on a raptor 10000 rpm drive and cleared and moved to my other internal drive. So I had more space on my drive. Left one of the projects that it was happening on ,on it. And the white noise was gone. I'm assuming its drive space.

Mine was doing this exact thing too, except when stopping playback (not recording), which lead me to finally just downgrade. Really annoying and scares the [bleep][bleep][bleep][bleep] out of you. Has to be terribly painful in the headphones of a vocalist!

No! I don't have a single Dverb in either of the two sessions at all that I've had the white noise in!

Can you get a video of this in action and get it posted or get it up on Dropbox or something to download it?? Or I guess I could send you a video of mine if that's easier for you to verify

For me it's on certain songs and intermittent. I can't repro it every time but the songs that I do get it, I can eventually make it do it by starting and stopping. Does it seem to do it on only certain parts of a song or anywhere in the song?? I would like to see if your problem is similar to mine and then I can get it reported.

Can you also get a screenshot of your mix window plugins or a list that's in the offending session???

Calm down, this is just another dot-zero release which is supposed to be great for Windows people. There will be nasty bugs, because this version had to get out of the door.

Mac people should continue using 10.1.3 which has lot less issues. Just my optinion though, and because I'm in no way affiliated with Avid so I can freely say this

You are looking at it wrong. The bugs if found should be reported. In this case this was a serious one in the past that was (supposedly) fixed that is reappearing. Looking for similarities in systems, software, and plugins is vital.
