Default using reason adapted as a plugin

I have installed the version of reason adapted for digidesign that came with my mbox2 and I am having trouble using it in a pro tools session. I am trying to use an instrument track, select reason's redrum as the instrument, and then bus it to an audio track and use it for a percussion piece in a session I am working on. Basically, protools doesn't recognize reason as a plugin, but I have it on my computer. Is there anything I should do to enable reason as a plugin?

Reason doesn't use instrument tracks. Read this page and if you have more questions, get back to us.

Actually, Reason CAN be used on an Instrument track - those instructions were created before Instrument tracks were introduced.

If you're not seeing Reason in your plug-ins list, it could be because you're not running the minimum required version for your system.

Can you please post system details so we can determine if that's the case?
