New to MIDI. Input is quantizing. Input Quantize is disabled

I just can't figure out what's going on. Input is quantizing to 1/4 notes, and Input Quantize is off. I'm brand new to to MIDI, so I'm guessing it's something stupid.

I had great luck recording live MIDI performances initially, and it seems a setting has changed somewhere without my knowledge.
