Damaged Pro Tools LE 8 Disc, Registration Difficulty
I have had my Pro Tools LE 8 discs for years, stored inside their cardboard sleeves in a plastic box in my room. For the first time in years, I tried taking the disc out; unfortunately, it wouldn't budge. It turns out some adhesives from the cardboard sleeve got onto the disc and now they are damaged and I cannot install it onto my new computer.
I neglected to register it until today, but I think i made a mistake somewhere. I registered the software first on my old computer, then made an Avid account online on my new computer. I used the same e-mail address for both. My online Avid account does not list any products registered, even though I just registered my Pro Tools 8 software hours ago. Could someone please help me find where my registered product is listed, and where I can a download the media for my new computer? Thank you guys so much. |

Re: Damaged Pro Tools LE 8 Disc, Registration Difficulty
Just so everyone knows, this issue is resolved. I filed a registration case and Avid sent me a downloadable version of Pro Tools.
