Unhappy upgrade to PT10.0.1 deletes Mojo video engine

After installing PT 10 on a Win7 64 system all is fine. When I upgrade to 10.0.1 PT starts with a message that it misses AVX2PluginHost.dll and video cannot be switched via firewire and cannot be seen through Mojo any more. I tried a new installation with the same result.

Same here on my home system (have MC video sat at work). Didn't see this as a known issue in the release notes.
