Cleaning C24.....

Hi,
anybody tried to clean (literally) the grey area of C24? It got already quite dirty after a few weeks of use around the transport buttons, and I can't seem to find a way to clean it.

Actually, I tried to clean it with windex and I rubbed some of the grey part off. So, don't use windex. I would love to know of an alterative.

use endust for electronics!
its anti static and cleans great
oil and wax free.

I am looking into purchasing the C24 or PC. I have been reading the threads and occassionally come across these manufacture issues.
The issue of the paint that bubbles on the PC armrest and now this silk screen type issue. It makes me wonder who is the manufacturer of Digi's paint/ink products. (Ask how, Ask now, Ask Sherman Williams)
Whatever the cause I hope it gets worked out soon. Because, "paint that washes off sucks." Wearing paint off through constant use over time is one thing, but washing it off with some Windex? PLEASE DIGI whats up with that?
Hey marcelloz maybe you can take the Control 24 to the local dry cleaner when it gets dirty?....Just a thought...
Besides Digi's problems with paint, Do you guys like the thing? What is your opinion on the mic PRE's? Anything else you can tell us about using the Control 24 in "the real world" would be greatly appreciated. i.e What kind of setup do you have? Are you using for cutting "live" instrumentation? Do you do any post work? Are you mixing in 5.1? Any bugs? etc.

Other than the windex issue, I really love the C24! (see my other posts in the "I love my C24") Maybe I can fix these black spots with some silver paint.
