Default Mac RAM for PT HDX

I've coasted and let my RAM get under the recommended amount for PT HDX. Each stick through apple is $400 making the total cost around $1600/ridiculous.

I've found quite a bit of RAM made by OWC for around $498. It seems pretty reputable and wide spread. Anybody using this successfully? I have a Mac Pro Late 2013

I've used OWC on a couple of occasions - seemed to be fine but I tend to stick to "Kingston" memory.

I agree 100%!!! I typically go to Kingston first, but couldn't find a compatible RAM there. That's what lead me to the others. Maybe I just wasn't looking in the right spot but I tried multiple times to find it but it would only return SSD hard drives. It says the OWC has a lifetime warranty which can't be bad....of course I've never had RAM outlast a computer.
