Please - just let us turn off the Digidesign database
Everytime I run ProTools the software creates garbage directories on every drive in my system. If I remove an external drive while Protools is running it crashes. Just let me turn the feature off. Come on, it's so simple. I don't use it anyway.

To prevent Pro Tools from crashing, unmount the drive from the "Workspace" window inside Pro Tools.

Thanks, MDog but that's not the point. Why should I have to do anything? Just turn the feature off.
