Ilok.com doesn't sync or identify

Hi, I post this that could help someone, if you are unable to sync/repair the ilok key due to many licenses are in there or the licenses belong to another accounts, do as follows in order to reset and unregister as necesary:

1- Plug your ilok as usual and open the control manager.

2- During the sync/repair process, unplug for a few seconds the ilok key.

3- then plug it back and leave the sync/repair finish.

4- Now try to unregister the ilok key, that should work.
