Dell Optiplex 740 vista PTLE7.4 problem

I am quite experienced PTLE system warior sice 5.0.1 version. If fact in my studio I still use PTLE6.4/Digi001 with Athlon XP 2800+. 7.4/002R is almost ready to replace the previous setup. I have bought Dell Optiplex with Vista and having DAE and (H/W Buffer Size messages) during playback of simple sessions. All digidesign suggested optimization made.
I need to get some help quick cause there is still chance to give it back and build machine for myself (thought I could focus on record engeeneering
002 itself is working properly with 7.1 on Athlon 64 3200+ Win XP Home (my office machine)

The audio device buffer underflowed. If this occurs frequently, try decreasing the "H/W Buffer Size" in the Playback Engine panel or remove other devices from the audio firewire bus. (-6085)
