License Transfer and ASC Problem

Hi all,

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post.

The company that I work for closed down recently. I obtained permission from the execs to transfer a Pro-Tools perpetual license from the company account to my personal account, as long as I pay the appropriate fees. I have filled out the transfer form and had it signed by the original account holder, so I am ready to go.

I purchased an ASC but when I enter the code here, it is not accepted. There is no error message, but it just returns me to the form.

I have tried multiple browsers in both macOS and Windows, but I get the same problem each time.

Should I call Avid? I don't want to waste my ASC opening a case about a problem submitting an ASC...

Any help would be appreciated.

The problem with your ASC was identified and fixed, and your Transfer is being handled on a separate case. Please look for case update emails.
