V3.5 was also released for S3 (and MCPro, Artist Dock etc) It is a separate installer either from your Avid account or MyArtist (Euphonix) site. You don't need to reinstall PT if it already installed.

Contact Customer Support to change your email address.

If you have an active support contract and have entered your system ID per the instructions at the beginning of this thread, yes.

i have the same problem, my S6 has 2 months and in My account page i see only version 2.2

Any ideas?

We are just about to go to beta 3 with v3.6 so not too long now.
