Default Defeat countoff?

PT 11 on Windows....it might be my old eyes, but where does one defeat the "countoff" feature altogether? I swear I looked everywhere, but the same can be said for finding missing car keys...

Yes, I'd like it to cease functioning altogether. Never use it, and don't like the "pause" between hitting play and it actually playing. Workaround: set it to "only during record." If you're in quick-punch and use F-12 to start recording, there's a countoff delay, but if you're already rolling and hit F-12 OR the "rec" button on the 003, it doesn't come into play. But I don't see an option to defeat the feature.

The control for the countoff is in the transport window, right above where you can manually set meter and tempo. You can turn the countoff on/off and set the number if bars it counts off.

I'd forget things in Colorado too, even if I had to pay tax.
