Default Audio clock problems.."Check clock source and sample rate.." Please help!

Hello everyone,

I have had my profire 2626 and Pro-Tools M-Powered 8 setup for a little over a year and it's worked fine until today. I just got new monitors and hooked them up before I got the message saying there was something wrong with my clock source. I don't think this is the problem, but I also had just upgraded iTunes which maybe had some kind of conflict? I have no idea. I am running ProTools M-Powered 8.0.4 on an Asus desktop that has windows 7 home premium installed into it. My sync source is set up to internal and my sample rate is at 44.1 which is the sample source for the sessions. I'm upgrading to M-Powered 8.0.5 right now but I have a bad feeling that isn't going to work....Please help!

Computer Specs:

Asus Desktop computer model: Asus CM5671

Processor: Pentium Dual Core CPU E5500 @ 2.80 GHz

4.00 GB of RAM

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit operating system

I'm not too good with computer specifications so if you need more information, I don't really know how to find it

Default Re: Audio clock problems.."Check clock source and sample rate.." Please help!

I cut off the "Ignore clicks and pops during playback/record" button and it started working and when I cut it off I get the audio clock problem...weird.
