License Pending Renewal?

My Pro Tools 12 subscription shows as renewed on the Avid website. (Credit Card was charged.)

However, my iLok license manager shows that it didn't renew. When I try to refresh this, I get an error message:

"Renewals are pending for the following licenses."

I see that other similar threads have had an alternate license issued.

Can someone help?

I also need my license transferred to another Avid account as I needed to change my e-mail..

I would initiate a support request at iLok.com for this

Thanks for your response. I should have specified, I created a new account for Avid with a different email, and I need my license transferred to that account.

Since you'll need to provide email addresses/etc., please start a case via the Contact Support link on the Contact Audio & Music Support page. If you have an active subscription you can also start a case via your Avid account (Access The Support Center > Equipment > Create A Case).
