Re: Building a New PC - Core Parts Review
I'm using that exact mobo and TB card. No problems.
You know that mobo can accept two NVMe drives right? Do it. |

Re: Building a New PC - Core Parts Review
Hey chrismeraz. To be clear, which mobo are you using?
Also, how do you like your Audio Interface? I'm also trying to research out the lowest round trip latency setup available for 2k or less - that works well with PC |

Re: Building a New PC - Core Parts Review
I'm currently looking at the GIGABYTE Z390 DESIGNARE for my build. It has 2 native TB3 connections.

Re: Building a New PC - Core Parts Review
I just ordered one too, with the 9900K, 64 Gb of DDR4-3200 and a pair of 1 TB Crucial NVMe drives. I had a really good experience with a Gigabyte Z97/4790K/TB2 built in (that PC is for sale) so in sticking with Gigabyte.

Re: Building a New PC - Core Parts Review
Just got my z390 Designare system running with i9 9900K, RZ580 8 Gb video, 64 Gb Ram, 18 Tb of HD space, running Win 10 Pro. Avid Thunderbolt Native/Omni at 32 buffer runs like a scalded monkey. I’m happy (since the Thunderbolt Native is a TB1 device I’m really happy)!
