Waves Plugin Issue - Help...

Really appreciate any help or problem solving here. I have emailed waves support but hoping someone here might have some advice.

All my plugins to date are V9 Waves plugins amongst a few other branded plugins.

Protools 2020.3.0
Windows 10 Pro

Today I purchased Waves H-Reverb and installed it however the license for this is V11 so used the proper waves central installer to install it instead of using the Offline installer for all my old V9 plugs I have licenses for.

Install went fine. Went to open Protools and use H-Reverb. Issue arose where I can see the Waves plugin shell but nothing more. Please see photo attached.

I have re-scanned plugins and also gone into the right folder to remove the InstalledAAXPLugin file and re-launch PT's. Same issue.

Any help would be much appreciated.

You can run V11, V10 and V9 simultaneously, but Legacy software can only be installed using Offline Installers

Login to Waves Central, click on Offline Installer (LH column)

See at bottom of page:
Create an Offline Installer
Install from an Offline Installer

Thanks. Yes all my V9 plugins were installed via the offline installer and work fine in ProTools. It is the new plugin I purchased today that is a V11 plugin that im having the issues with.

Can you see both 9.92 and 11.0 WaveShells in

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins

Or in:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins\Waves

Waited quite a while for you to reply ...
This is our one fine day between lots of rain & I must get back up on the roof while the weather permits .. (my problem/not yours!)

Your pic's too small for me to see how you're routing your Stereo Aux Track

Can you use H-Reverb on an Audio Track, or do you get the same result?

Did you register, install & activate H-Reverb as described here:

If so, try re-installing H-Reverb

Hi - yes both waveshells are in the plugins folder.

Yes installed the plugin via the Waves Central app. It is registered. Plugin wont work when i try use it as an insert on a track and also via audiosuite on raw audio files... very strange.
