PT 9 - Full Install or Updater?
Just purchased the LE to PT9 crossgrade. I have PT 8 already installed.
Should I download the full install or will the updater work just as well? thanks in advance |

Re: PT 9 - Full Install or Updater?
I did a safe uninstall of PTLE8 and used the full installer. It was a smooth transition with no problems. Don't forget to download the driver for your interface as well. Good luck.

Re: PT 9 - Full Install or Updater?
Yes, I recommend to take the full installer! After a try with the updater I didn't get all plugins !! like Maxim and all the "Air"-plugs are gone ..!
I hade to reinstall some plugs after full install like NI Kontakt ... :-( ... fb |
