Hey I'm new to pro tools and recently have encountered an issue. When trying to use pro tools it is saying that my subscription has expired. I checked my account and I am clearly still under subscription until June this year, but when i check ilok license manager it shows that the license has expired. This blows because I am not able to use pro tools at all. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

Im having the exact same issue.i pay my monthly fee for my pro tools subscription but license for pro tools 12 appears expired on my "unavailable" folder in ilok license manager.. sent this case today on Avid.com with case no.03197133...hope someone replies soon this is soooo annoying.. neeed to make some MUSIC here !

I am in the same boat. Again. Avid website, Avid application manager, ilok manager all say that my account is current, but I can't open protools. I get the error message "Subscription license has expired".
What am I doing wrong that this keeps happening? |

same issue, fixed on website ilok synced still won't open pro tools says subscription expired

I think I'm having the same issue? When my band got together this week to do some recording, I tried to launch Pro Tools and got a "Subscription License Has Expired" error. I did the obvious thing, of course, and clicked the link. I paid $300 for the annual subscription plan, and I can't get a license from anywhere. I'm in iLok Manager, and there are no non-expired licenses available (even on refresh/restart).
When I click "Refresh Subscriptions," however, there is an entry for a pending subscription that has an expiration date that has already passed?
