Stolen iLok [SOLVED]

hello,

I recently got my iLok stolen along with all of my identity papers and credit cards.

I filed a stolen iLok RMA and have a police report ready but cannot seem to find how to contact Avid by any mean.

What am I doing wrong ?

I found that form but can't seem to use it since my Pro Tools licenses do not have a serial number or activation ID, which is a required field.

Please enter the Serial Number from your iLok (should be in the RMA, or found in your iLok account).
