Problem with my MBOX 3 Pro

Hi,

I use MBOX 3 Pro with PT9, I'm facing multiple issues with the MBOX,

First: All gain Knops are not functioning, no respond while increasing or decreasing the gain for the channel you want to record through.

Second: The headphone A sometimes does not work, I need to restart the machine to have it working and the other channel B is not working at all.

I tried to install the latest drivers for the MBOX but still same issue is there and I'm not sure whether I need to re-install the PT to solve it or not but I'm afraid of loosing all my previous set and plug ins.

Please advise what I have to do
