setup issues

well,i sp;oke to somebody at the digitech support,and ask where should i find the numbers that needs to be entered in the first page.
"your I S P"
i called them,i have the numbers.
enter them and ???? same thing , does not work>
ip address is ok
gateway is ok
but dns servers are not,and my isp provider gave me these
why is it so difficult when digi says it is easy.
i regret a lot that i purcahsed it,one week of trouble .

annoying, don t sale us things until tou know how to make them work for people like me.
i am not a router,server engineer but a sound engineer.
