Pro Tools has had this for years but PT does it with a twist you can show hide a group with a memory location tack view function. So you can organize your entire session to show what you want simply by using the keypad locator function.

Here's a related wish list item: SYSTEM-WIDE WINDOW CONFIGURATIONS!

Our PT rig is used by multiple people, and they always mess up my window layouts. Which is fine when I save a config in a session, but when starting or joining someone else's session I have to start over.

Would be great if saved configs were available in any session.

That seemed untrue since you stated:

One thing I would like to add in the feature department..... I'm not sure in this day and age WHY you cant AUX send some Uber-Eats!!!..... I mean, once I've done a session or 2 I get damn hungry..... yeah yeah yeah I hear ya whack on some compression to push down those hunger pains but then I get thirsty so I insert some reverb and make a lil soup, but then I have to throw a Gate on the backdoor or ill loose some tone..... I wish Avid would fix this..... lets hoping 2019 can.

Let's see. Since the 1st of the year I've bought a Thunderbolt Native interface, a D-Command (Blue), a XMon, upgraded to Pro Tools Ultimate and now you're telling me I'll be limited to only 384 tracks of banjo! Where am I going to put the mandolins? I'm heartbroken!

And never ever use cloud collaboration with me or I'll give you my 384 banjo tracks
