Default Spinning wheel of death

After and during bouncing several v.i.s including ample guitar, kontakt drums and stylus, I get the spinning wheel of death.

I have trashed all the preferences and p list files e.t.c. and have switched to a different audio drive just incase that was the problem.

I'm not contemplating re-installing the O.S. which i'm currently running 10.8.5

Though I think it could be to do with the latest pro tools 11.2.0

Does anyone have access to the previous version as I never had much trouble with it. 11.1.2 I think?

Please see my system specs in the box below my name.

Thanks in advance for your help

Robert

Okay

Installing or downgrading to 11.1.3 did the trick.

I re-installed the hd driver that came in that package as well just incase it was a driver issue but I think it's a bug in 11.2 gahhhhhhh

Please sort it out Avid. I've had my whole day wasted because pro tools wouldn't do a faster than real time bounce without getting the spinning wheel of death. Sometimes it would correct itself whole others I had to force quit pro tools. I also lost progress where I was working even though I had actually been saving the sessions as I was going along which was very strange indeed.

I hope pt 12 isn't being released soon because 11 isn't a solid version yet...

Had no problems here doing faster than real time (aka offline) bounces on the system in my sig file. However I downgraded to PT11.1.3 due to other issues like vi's going inactive on bounces whether real time or offline.
